We ship throughout the United States through major logistics companies (UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS). We also have international shipping to all countries in Central America and Latin America after coordination.

Does my merchandise travel insured?

What warranty does the equipment have?
All our cell phones have a limited warranty against factory defects. Coverage time varies by brand (generally 30 Days). The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, humidity or altered software.
How do I handle a change due to technical failure (DOA)?
If a device presents original faults (Dead on Arrival) within the first 72 hours of receipt, we will proceed with an immediate change after technical validation. You must keep the box and accessories in perfect condition.
